This study was conducted to investigate the hypolipemic effect of Cyclocarya paliurus (Batal.) Iljinskaja polysaccharide by in vivo. The expressions of PPARγ and ATGL mRNA in mouse heart, liver, spleen, kidney and fat were investigated by RT-PCR to explore the effect of Cyclocarya paliurus (Batal.) Iljinskkaja; western-blotting assay of PPARγ and ATGL protein expression differences; determined and compared on nine kinds of plants,including Cyclocarya paliurus (Batal.) Iljinskkaja, inhibitory effect on hypolipemic effect and non-enzymatic glycosylation of protein, the results showed as follows:(1)In the hyperlipidemic mice animal experiment, the Cyclocarya paliurus (Batal.) Iljinskkaja could reduce markers of hyperlipidemic mice lipids, and positive infer-activity relationship with hypolipidemic activity.(2) Cyclocarya paliurus (Batal.) Iljinskkaja could increase the gene expression of PPARγ and ATGL mRNA in mouse heart, liver, spleen, kidney and fat.(3) Cyclocarya paliurus (Batal.) Iljinskkaja coukd increase the protein expression of PPARγ and ATGL in mouse liver and fat.(4)Some of the non-enzymatic glycosylation have great hypolipemic effect and inhibition effects on non-enzymatic glycosylation of protein.
