A serial of tests were done to develop the program tomonitor the hand Hygiene of the cosmetic manufacturing. The serial tests are as follows:First, carry out neutralizer effective test on the TAT broth. The group test show, TATbroth can effective neutralize the target detergent and sanitizer.Hand hygienic monitoring: Carry out lab test on tow kinds of sanitizing detergents:TORK Liquid soap（extra hygiene HD）S1system and TORK hand sanitizer (alcohol gel) S1system. Only TORK hand sanitizer (alcohol gel) S1system show out to be effective and passthe test. Then randomly take30operators every season to join the on site test for hand washefficiency. The annually monitoring result can meet the cosmetic manufacturing hygieneregulation that no more than300Cfu/hand and no pathogen found. And the log10reductionof the TAC for before and after got a reduction not less than1.00; the hand cleaning can meetthe requirement of sanitization. The bacteria found during the on site test were used for thelab test again and show TORK hand sanitizer (alcohol gel) S1system can kill all the bacteria.Hand sanitizing monitoring: lab test for the75%alcohol solution show that the75%alcohol solution can kill all the bacterial in required time. The monitoring result can meet thecosmetic manufacturing hygiene regulation that no more than300Cfu/hand and no pathoge nfound. And the log10reduction of the TAC for before and after got a reduction not less than1.00; the hand sanitizing can meet the requirement of sanitization.
