Honeycomb is the main by-product of apiculture and one of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials,with great value.There is a significant meaning of studying on biological activity and development of compound product of honeycomb in promoting sound development of apiculture and increase the usage value of bee product.Varied kinds of honeycomb and nidus vespae were used as research product.Filter paper method and dilution method were used to determine bacteriostatic action against Staphylococcus aureus.Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Staphylococcus epidermid, Streptococcus hemolytic-β, Streptococcus pneumoniae of water extract and alcohol extract of all kinds of honeycomb and compare the bacteriostatic actions among different extract of honeycomb.DPPH、phenanthroline and pyrogallol autoxidation method were used to compare the elimination effect of DPPH·,·OH and O2-among different honeycomb. Hyaluronidase test and mouse auricle swelling test were used to determine the anti-inflammatory and anti-sensity activity of extract of honeycomb.On the basis of study on biological activity of honeycomb. CO2-SFE was used to extract naphtha of honeycomb and followed by freeze-drying method. The naphtha of honeycomb was mixed with magnolia biondii Pamp volatile oil extracted by CO2-SFE to prepare compound astragali capsules. Formulating of recipe and study on technological parameter were launched at the same time.The main results of study are as follows:1.The Apis mellifera honeycomb water extracts and the ethanol extracts have antibacterial activities against Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus epidermidi, Streptococcus hemolytic-fi, Streptococcus pneumoniae. The water extracts perform better Antibacterial activity than the ethanol extracts.2.At the same concentration, the DPPH·and·OH free radical scavenging ability of honeycomb were better than O2-scavenging effect; free radical scavenging effect increased with the concentration of honeycomb increasing; The antioxidant activities of old honeycomb of Apis mellifera ligustica were better than the new one and the old honeycomb of Apis cerana cerana. All the results showed that the honeycomb has significant antioxidant activity, the old honeycomb water extract and alcohol extract are good natural free radical scavenger.3.Tests are made on the prepation about the anti-allergic activity of the test solution for hyaluronidase on Inhibition.The results indicate that:first, both old honeycomb of Apis mellifera and nidus vespae contain relatively intense anti-allergic activity; second, extractive drops from old honeycomb of Apis mellifera has a stronger effect on anti-allergic than those from nidus vespae, and the effect of the former is consistency-dependent.4.Preliminary test had been done many times using soybean oil as main material.many wall materials,emulgators,dispersion stabilizers as accessories.Established SPI and MD mingled as wall material,soybean lecithin as emulgators,carboxymethyl cellulose as dispersion stabilizer undertook the preparation of superborderline Propolis and superborderline Purple Perilla Seed Oil mingled microcapsule power.The best prescription of superborderline propolis and Purple Perilla Seed Oil microcapsulation was SPI:MD=1:1; wall material:core material=2:1;inlet concentration15%;using amount of stabilizing Agent1%. The best technological parameter of superborderline propolis and perilla frutescens microcapsulation was emulsificate temperature70℃, homoger time6min, homoger speed8000rpm.The microcapsule power of superborderline Propolis and Purple Perilla Seed Oil had blandyellow color.dense flavor and porosity texture.The solubility of the power was93.1%,embedding rate68.3%,particle diameter23.7μm.
