Backgrounds and Objectiv Pituitary adenoma is the most common benignintracranial, intracranial tumors, only below the glioma and Meningioma, tumor effect, hormone secretion disorder, can reduce the quality of life in patients with serious oreven life-threatening. Therefore the correct diagnosis and treatment of pituitaryadenoma are very necessary. Current research of pituitary adenoma is more active, especially in the PRL adenoma primary treatment choice, has distinct preferredsurgical treatment and the drugs of choice for treatment of two kinds of very strongopinions. This paper mainly through statistical analysis of prolactin-secreting pituitaryadenoma patients with preoperative tumor size, growth, prolactin levels ofclassification, postoperative surgery according to the hormone levels to assess theeffectiveness, adopted summarize, gradually raising the prolactin-secreting pituitaryadenoma treatment programmes awareness of choice.Method Retrospective analysis of Bethune between October2010and JilinUniversity second hospital neurosurgery transsphenoidal Microsurgical treatment of26cases of patients with prolactin-secreting pituitary adenoma, and follow-up,depending on how the tumor size, growth, preoperative prolactin levels, preoperativepostoperative imaging, classification of drugs and, according to the surgical treatmentof postoperative hormone evaluation.Result The group is applied in patients with microscopic single-nostriltranssphenoidal approach for pituitary tumor resection, no deaths. All18cases ofresection of tumors (69.23%), all5patients (19.23%), most of the3cases (11.54%).After surgery most patients serum prolactin levels fell to normal; Most of the clinicalsymptoms of patients with ease. Few patients with urinary disintegrating, complications such as cerebrospinal fluid leakageConclusion Transsphenoidal microsurgery of pituitary prolactin is exact acancer surgery, and non-invasive micro-adenoma Gland Tumors of endocrine surgeryhas a high remission rate. Endocrine remission rate and tumor growth after surgery, preoperative GH hormone related. Postoperative recurrence and tumor invasion andpostoperative early serum PRL, secondary treatment; invasion of adenoma andsurgical treatment of large adenomas is poor, could be considered the preferredmedication. Micro-adenoma, non-invasive surgical treatment of tumors adenoma andstroke relatively well, surgery may also be considered as the preferred treatment.
