The Study On Correlation Between Blood Stasis Syndrome And Pathological Changes In Lupus Nephritis Patients

[objective] To explore the relationship between pthology and blood stasis syndrome (BBS) n patients with Lupus nephritis (LN).[Methods] According to the diagnostic criteria of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE),inclusion criteria and exclusion,32Patients of Lupus nephritis (LN) were enrolled. BSS、 SLE disease activity index (SLEDAI) and Biopsy Index (BI) of the Lupus nephritis patients was scored. The relationship between the BSS and the SLEDA、BI of Lupus nephritis was analyzed[Results] Lupus nephritis in patients with blood stasis syndrome and course of disease and biopsy index is a positive linear relationship (p<0.05). There is a certain relationship beteewn blood stasis syndrome (BBS) and pathological type as well as clinical activity. The scores of blood stasis Syndrome (BBS) in active LN and nonactive LN are difference(P<0.05).The scores of blood stasis syndrome (BBS) in LN among ClassⅢ(focal LN), ClassⅣ diffuse LN)and ClassⅤ(membranuos LN), ClassⅢ has the highest score (p<0.05)[Conclusion] Blood stasis syndrome of LN are correlated with certain clinical parameters and severity of renal pathological changes. The course of disease,BI,pathological type and clinical activity can be used as a reference index of the blood stasis syndrome (BBS) in LN patients.The combination of TCM holistic syndrome differentiation and modern medicinal micro-differentiation is more favorable for making clear the nature of blood stasis Syndrome (BBS) of LN.
