The Study On Correlation Between Blood Stasis Syndrome And The Immunal Parameters (CIC, IgG, Etc.) In Lupus Nephritis Patients

[Objective] This paper aims to study that the correlation of LN blood stasis and Clinical Immunology indicators, and explore the basis of modern immunology onset of LN blood stasis produced to provid ideas for the syndrome differentiation and therapy.[Methods] After collected98cases of LN patients who met the inclusion criteria of the course, clinical immunology indicators (CIC, IgG,etc). In Which blood stasis syndrome and scores could range reference2002"Chinese medicine clinical research guidelines" and the development of clinical practice.To explore the correlation which met the inclusion criteria of98cases of patients with LN blood stasis syndrome and which were among the various indicators, and analysis correlation of immune parameters to find relevant Immunology evidence of blood stasis. All data was processed by using statistical software SPSS21.0, while P<0.05is considered statistically significant, and P>0.05for the difference that is not significant.(Results]①The relationship of LN blood stasis syndrome with CIC, IgG,24h-UP and duration appears positively linear correlation (P<0.05);②LN blood stasis syndrome and C3appears the relationship that seems negative linear correlation (P＜0.05);③The relationship of CIC and IgG,24h-UP appears positively linear correlation (P<0.05);④The relationship of CIC and C3shows a negative linear correlation (P＜0.05);⑤The relationship of IgG and24h-UP appears positively linear correlation (P＜0.05);⑥The relationship of C3and24h-UP shows negative linear correlation (P＜0.05).[Conclusion]①They are closely related that LN blood stasis and CIC, IgG, etc.; clinical immunology indicators,such as CIC, IgG, may be one of the modern foundations which immunology of LN blood stasis produced and they are can be used as a reference indicator of syndrome differentiation, suggesting that the traditional treatment of clinical syndrome differentiation combined with blood circulation.②The longer the duration, the more severe symptoms of bleeding in patients with LN,which is in line with the point of view that " chronic illness to more blood stasis".
