Objective:This study provided theoretical basis for the TCM syndrome elements diagnosis of lupus nephritis type by investigating the distribution of TCM syndrome elements of different pathological types and finding the distribution of syndrome elements. Methods:Sixty patients with lupus nephritis were collected, including the general condition, physical and chemical indexes, four diagnostic data and renal pathological types. The scores of lupus nephritis were calculated and analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software.Results:1.In this study,60 cases of lupus nephritis were collected, including 2 cases of pathology type I,3 cases of type II group,6 cases of type III group,37 cases of type IV group and 12 cases of type V group.2.Male 13 cases, accounting for 21.7%,47 cases of women, accounting for 78.3%.The overall sample was more females than men.The age range of patients aged 15 to 66 years old,the age of onset in the 20-29 age group more. The course of disease in the study of patients range in 1 week to 5 years, main course was less than 2 months. The overall BMI range was 21.61±2.75.The statistical analysis showed that there was no difference in BMI distribution. This study included patients with SLEDAI points in the range of 8-31 points, the overall number of patients with severe cases.3.Lupus nephritis patients were involved in many disease location factors and disease nature factors.Distribution of disease location factors:renal(76.7%)>spleen(75%)>liver(15%)>bones(13.3%)>(5%)>Lung(1.7%).Distribution of disease nature factors:water stop(88.3%)>wet(63.3%)>qi deficiency(60%)>blood deficiency(45%)>yang deficiency(21.7%)>fire(heat)(13.3%)=yin deficiency(13.3%)>(11.7%)= blood stasis(11.7%)>poison(10%)>wind(6.7%)>cold(3.3%).Each patient could be involved in multiple disease location factors and disease nature factors, with 4-6 combination of the main syndrome elements, accounting for 45%,combined with diverse syndrome elements.4.There were 2 patients with type I pathology,2 patients(100%)with liver syndrome element,58 patients with non-I pathology,7 patients(12.1%)with liver syndrome element. The difference was statistically significant after statistical analysis, suggesting that the type I pathology in this study had an effect on liver syndrome element. There were 2 cases(100%)of patients with Yang deficiency syndrome element,58 cases of non-type I pathology patients and 11 cases(19.0%)of patients with liver syndrome element. The difference was statistically significant after statistical analysis, suggesting that the study of type I pathology had an effect on liver syndrome element. There were 33 patients with type IV pathology,33 patients(89.2%)with renal syndrome element,23 patients with non-?pathology and 13 patients(56.5%)with renal syndrome element. The difference was statistically significant after statistical analysis, suggesting that the study of type IV pathology had an effect on renal syndrome element.Conclusion:1.The proportion of female patients was more than men with lupus nephritis in this study, aged 20-29 years old.2.The type IV pathology of patients with lupus nephritis was more common in this study,SLEDAI score with severe cases.3.Lupus nephritis patients were involved in many disease location factors and disease nature factors, and the main disease location factor was kidney, the main disease nature factor was water stop. Each patient could be involved in multiple disease location factors and disease nature factors, with 4-6 combination of the main syndrome elements, combined with diverse syndrome elements.4.Compared with the general, the distribution of renal syndrome element in type IV pathology was more.
