The Effects And Countermeasures On The Anxiety Psychology To Blood Pressure About Suspects With Hypertension In Custody

PurposeUnderstanding the status of anxiety about suspects with hypertension and social normal person with hypertension;Give the corresponding anti-anxiety medication and observe the antihypertensive effect on suspects with hypertension.Subjects and methodsSelect hospitalized198suspects with hypertension in Prison Administration’s Center Hospital in Jilin Province during August2011to August2012as the object of study,there were100male and98female.And then,select199hypertensive patients in Community,there were101male and98female.Survey on the subject investigated through the scale of HAMA.Understand the status of anxiety in the two groups. Suspects with hypertension were randomly divided into2groups.The experimental group was given anti-anxiety drugs and antihypertensive therapy,and control group was only given antihypertensive therapy.When the therapy execute4weeks and8weeks,survey experimental group and control group respectively through the scale of anxiety, and detect the changing of blood pressure.ResultThe average score of detainees suspects with hypertension was higher than the social normal person with hypertension evidently in the scale of HAMA (P<0.05).It was indicated that the status of anxiety in the suspects with hypertension was more serious than the status of anxiety in the social normal group.The average score of detainees suspects with hypertension higher than the social normal person with hypertension evidently in the mental anxiety and somatic anxiety.After anti-anxiety treatment,the score of experimental group was lower than the score of control group.After8weeks,experimental group’s antihypertensive effects was higher than the control group’s antihypertensive effects.Conclusion1The anxiety degree of detainees suspects with hypertension was higher than the social normal person with hypertension evidently. 2After anti-anxiety medicine treatment,the score of anxiety in the detainees suspects with hypertension was lower3It can improve the antihypertensive effect obviously by the drugs and psychology treatment,and also can prevent and reduce the rate of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases outbreak in the group of suspects with hypertension.
