Objective:through the analysis of age, gender, severity of constipation, TCM syndrome type distribution and anxiety, depression, treatment provides certain help for the differentiation of Senile Functional constipation on the relationship, for the further study of TCM syndrome and anxiety, depression and other psychological disorders and provide certain theoretical basis and clinical evidence.Methods:the clinical random age more than60years in patients with functional constipation in150patients,60healthy old people and50cases as control group, and the group meets the standards, informed consent was obtained from all subjects, site HAMA, HAMD and constipation score on all subjects, in patients with FC syndrome differentiation in TCM diagnostic criteria of classification, all the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS19software analysis.Results:(1) The constipation group of anxiety, depression and were significantly higher than that of the control group. Up to77.33%and62.67%of which have the tendency to depression anxiety, constipation group, healthy control group just18%and12%.(2) The TCM syndrome distribution according to the frequency from high to low:spleen stomach qi deficiency, yin deficiency of intestinal dryness syndrome, qi stagnation syndrome, Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney, stomach heat accumulation syndrome, no significant differences between male and female syndrome distribution (P=0.586).(3) the TCM syndrome, qi stagnation syndrome in patients with HAMA and HAMD scores were significantly higher than other syndromes, including HAMA score and stomach qi deficiency, yin deficiency of intestinal dryness syndrome were significantly different (P values were:0,0.029), there is significant difference between HAMD score and stomach qi deficiency, Yin deficiency intestinal dryness syndrome, spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome (P=0.001,0,0.026).(4) the constipation group, male to female ratio of1:1.83, HAMA and HAMD scores of female patients with constipation were slightly higher than male, but the difference was not statistically significant (P=0.469,0.578).(5) of Senile Functional Constipation Patients with HAMA and HAMD score and W e x n e r, a history of constipation constipation score (years), defecation time (minutes), every24hours to defecation failure times were positively correlated, negatively correlated with weekly frequency of defecation and constipation and constipation, the history of the strongest correlation score.Conclusion:The tendency of elderly patients with functional constipation, depression and anxiety were significantly higher than those in healthy controls; clinical, Senile Functional Constipation in deficiency, the spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome in and intestinal Yin dryness, and no significant difference between men and women syndrome distribution; wherein, relationship between stagnation and anxiety depression is particularly close, gas. More women than men are more prone to constipation, but constipation and anxiety, depression, no significant correlation; were significantly and positively related to the duration and severity of the tendency for older patients with functional constipation, depression and anxiety and the degree of constipation.
