Objective To analyze the prevalence and related factors of the Anxiety and depression in patients with heart failure。Methods A total of599heart failure patients involved in the study, record patients the generally material including the sexage, education,income,occupation,retired,smoking the use of sedative, and diagnosis basic disease course and New York cardiac function;Docter fill in Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) and collect data for analysis。Results1、In the anxiety and depression scale study in patients with heart failure, the HAMA average score was11.15±3.98,the incidence of anxiety was76.95%, mild anxiety accouted for70.7%, Moderate anxiety accouted for35.1%and severe anxiety accouted for0.8%,the HAMD average score was10.84±4.50, the incidence of depression was76.4%, mild depression accouted for68.61%, Moderate depression accouted for36.51%and severe depression accouted for1.3%, In the460heart failure patients with anxiety,there are73.97%of depression patients2、In the male heart failure patients,the HAMA average score was 11.01±4.01,without anxiety was27.2%,mild anxiety was69.9%, moderate anxiety was2.5%and severe anxiety was0.7%,the HAMD average score was10.75±4.65,without depression was27.2%,mild depression was75.3%,moderate depression was3.5%,and severe depression was1.4%;In the female heart failure patients,the HAMA average score was11.21±3.91,the incidence of anxiety disorders respectively were19.6%,71.8%,7.6%,0.9%,the HAMD average score was11.42±4.52,the incidence of depression disorders respectively were26.9%,62.7%,9.2%,1.3%;Regardless of anxiety or depression,the group was statistically significant(P<0.05), the female heart failure patients with depression and anxiety levels significantly higher than male patients3, In the aged under60years heart failure patients,the HAMA average score was11.41±4.31,without anxiety was29.6%,mild anxiety was61.3%, moderate anxiety was3.3%and severe anxiety was0.42%,the HAMD average score was11.75±4.85,without depression was28.1%,mild depression was61.3%,moderate depression was9.9%,and severe depression was0.7%;In the aged above60years heart failure patients,the HAMA average score was10.81±3.61,the incidence of anxiety disorders r respectively were17.8%,74.2%,6.8%,1.2%, the HAMD average score was10.42±4.21, the incidence of depression disorders respectively were19.7%,74.8%,9.9%,0.7%,;Regardless of anxiety or depression,the group was statistically significant(P<0.05), the older failure patients with depression and anxiety levels significantly higher than younger patients。4, In the use of psychotropic drugs patients with heart failure,the HAMA average score was11.71±4.51,without anxiety was18.4%,mild anxiety was74.9%, moderate anxiety was5.4%and severe anxiety wasl.3%,the HAMD average score was11.15±4.61,without depression was18.1%,mild depression was74.9%,moderate depression was6.0%,and severe depression wasl.7%;In the unused of sedative drugs patients with heart failure,the HAMA average score was11.11±4.12,the incidence of anxiety disorders r respectively were28.0%,66.7%,5.0%,0.3%,the HAMD average score was10.52±4.11, the incidence of depression disorders respectively were29.0%,63.0%,7.0%,1.0%, Regardless of anxiety or depression,the group was statistically significant(P<0.05), the use of sedative drugs in patients with depression and anxiety levels significantly higher than the unused of sedative drugs。5, In the more than10years Course of heart failure patients,the HAMA average score was15.31±5.0111.71±4.51,without anxiety was8.8%,mild anxiety was79.4%, moderate anxiety was5.9%and severe anxiety was5.9%,the HAMD average score was13.01±4.55,without depression was64.7%,mild depression was17.6%,moderate depression was0.6%,and severe depression was11.8%;In the5-10years of chronic congestive heart failure patients,the HAMA average score was11.41±4.62,the incidence of anxiety disorders respectively were22.6%,73.6%,3.2%,0.6%,the HAMD average score was10.42±4.91,the incidence of depression disorders respectively were14.6%,78.2%,6.6%,0.6%;In the Less than5of chronic congestive heart failure patients, the HAMA average score was9.41±3.82,the incidence of anxiety disorders respectively were26.4%,64.8%,3.2%,0.6%,the HAMD average score was10.42±4.91,the incidence of depression disorders r respectively were31.5%,6.5%,6.5%,0.9%,Regardless of anxiety or depression, the group was statistically significant(P<0.05), With the prolonged course of heart failure, the degree of anxiety and depression gradually increased。6、Education level income occupation retirement smoking drug use underlying diseases duration New York Heart Association classification were no significance impact on the incidence of anxiety and depression insignificanceon t difference (P>0.05)。7、Gender were significantly related with definite anxiety(P<0.05) respectively; older were significantly related with definite depression, P<0.05respectively, course were significantly related with severely depression, P<0.05respectivelyConclusion There are48.58%of patient sidentified for anxiety,46.58%for depression in our study.
