The Comparative Research Of Serum Of Qianlie Tongqiao Capsule And Qianlietang On The Bladder Muscles In Vitro Of Rabbits

Objective: To observe the effects of pharmacological serum of Qianlie TongqiaoCapsule and Qianlietang on the detrusors and sphincter muscles of urinary bladder invitro of rabbits by serum pharmacological methods, Preliminary discusses the mecha-nism and to both function are compared.Method: Pharmacological serum of Qianlie Tongqiao Capsule and Qianlietangwas prepared and strips in vitro were suspended in the tissue chambers, activity ofthem was measured via Powerlab/8s biological signalling. The effects of pharmacol-ogical serum of Qianlie Tongqiao Capsule and Qianlietang in various concentrationand time interval were observed.Result:1、Compared with blank groups,1h each concentration pharmacological serumof capsule and decoction groups all can increase the frequency and vitality of detruso-rs, difference was statistically significant (p﹤0.05或p﹤0.01). Compared withblank serum groups,1h medium and high concentration pharmacological serum ofdecocti-on groups enhance clearly the activity of detrusors, the difference wasstatistically significant (p﹤0.05或p﹤0.01).1h each concentrationpharmacological serum of capsule and decoction groups,compared to both the role ofthe detrusors, the differe-nce was not statistically significant (p>0.05). 2、Compared with blank groups,2h medium and high concentration pharmaco-logical serum of capsule can increase the contraction frequency of detrusors (p﹤0.05或p﹤0.01);2h each concentration pharmacological serum of decoction canenhance the activity of detrusors(p﹤0.05或p﹤0.01). And2h each concentrationpharmacol-ogical serum of capsule groups compare to decoction, decoction groupsenhance the activity of detrusors more apparent, but the difference was notstatistically significant (p>0.05).3、Compared with blank groups,1h and2h each concentration pharmacologicalserum of capsule and decoction groups,it has no obvious effect of the tension ofbladder sphincter，the difference was not statistically significant (p>0.05).Conclusion:1、1h and2h each concentration pharmacological serum of capsule and decoctiongroups all can increase the frequency and vitality of detrusors, but the influence oftension is not obvious.1h and2h each concentration pharmacological serum of capsu-le and decoction groups,it has no obvious effect of the tension of bladder sphincter.High concentration pharmacological serum,it play a important role of the frequencyand vitality of detrusors, compare to lower. Maybe exists concentration-responserelationship.2、the pharmacological serum of decoction has good effect on the detrusors ofurinary bladder in vitro of rabbits, compared to decoction, if capsule and decoctionare equal to dose.
