We have research this drug according to the national new-drug, including pharmaceutical technology, quality standard, stability tese, pharmacology experiment and so on. Therefore, it provides the scientific proof for its clinic effect.In the way of pharmaceutical technology researching. We adopted natural clarifying method (ZTC,PCC-Agent) and ethanol subsiding method to refine the water decoction of Qizhi oral liquid, use ELSD-HPLC method to mensurate astragalussaponinⅠcontent by way of review guideline, combining finished product' s meet standards, use orthogonal experiment to optimize the preparation process of Qizhi oral liquid. The best clarifying condition is: concentrate proportion 1:1, 50% ethanol subsiding, lays aside times for 24hours.In aspects of the quality standard and stability test, we investigated the use of TLC on the separation and identification for HIRUDO, RHIZOMA chuanxiong, RHIZOMA AcorI tatarinowii in the prescription. The content of astragalussaponinⅠin Radix Astragli were determined by ELSD-HPLC. The results showed that the methods were simple, special and accurate, and it could be Used as a reliable base for quality control of this drug. In order to inspect stability of "Qizhi capsule", the room temperature and the accelerate test for three months had been carried out.
