Objective:To investigate the retinal photocoagulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine (bu yi gan shen, huo xue hua yu) Membrane proliferative phase (phase Ⅳ) yin deficiency of liver and kidney and blood stasis clinical curative effect.Methods:in2010September to2012March, Second People’s Hospital of Yunnan province eye fundus in outpatient and inpatient diabetic proliferative retinopathy IV card belongs to yin deficiency of liver and kidney deficiency and blood stasis patients60cases (76eyes), according to the principle of equal randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30cases in the treatment group40cases, application proprietary Chinese medicines (lycium-rehmannia pill and Xuesaitong dispersible tablets) combined with retinal photocoagulation treatment;30cases in the control group received only36eyes with retinal photocoagulation in treatment of. The treatment group each1-2week for a light, a total of4times, the first postoperative day started taking Qiju Dihuang Wan (pill) and Xuesaitong dispersible tablets, three months for a course of treatment, a course of treatment after follow-up; observation group only needs photocoagulation treatment, after three month follow-up. Through the two groups of patients were investigated before and after treatment with vision, fundus and fundus fluorescein angiographic results of objective comparison, observation of two groups with efficiency, and make the corresponding conclusion.Result.1:visual acuity after3months of treatment, the treatment group (vision ametropia with best corrected visual acuity) was0.50±0.50,0.40±0.38control group, two groups compared with statistical significance (P<0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group in improvement of visual acuity.2.Using ophthalmoscopy was observed in diabetic patients before and after treatment of fundus bleeding, exudation and edema change China situation, the related statistical analysis, the effective rate of treatment group was92.5%, the effective rate of control group was75%, compared the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05) 3.Fundus fluorescein angiography:after3months of treatment, the treatment group leakage area of1.75±1.50, control group in total leakage area of2±1.50, two groups had statistically significant difference (P<0.05), the treatment group was superior to control group.4. Neovascularization regression. Comparison:3months after the treatment, the effective rate of treatment group was90%, the effective rate of control group was72.2%, two groups had statistically significant difference (P<0.05),the treatment group was superior to control group.5. Comparison of curative effect of treatment of macular edema:after3months, the effective rate of treatment group was86.4%, the effective rate of control group was68.4%, two groups had statistically significant difference (P<0.05), the treatment group was superior to control group.6. The overall efficacy of treatment group:the overall efficacy of efficiency is75%, total effective rate in control group was52.8%, two groups had statistically significant difference (P<0.05), the treatment group was superior to control group. Conclusion:in retinal photocoagulation treatment with traditional Chinese medicine combined therapy, the efficacy of the traditional Chinese medicine can be associated with retinal photocoagulation synergistic effect, make up for the inadequate treatment of. Compared with laser treatment alone, combination therapy can be more effective to induce the proliferation stage of disease regression of neovascularization, reduce macular edema, can better improve the visual function of patients with. Therefore, after retinal photocoagulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of proliferative diabetic retinopathy has certain advantages.
