The treatment group to oral administration of Bushen Huoxue Decoction; control group was treated with oral Xianlinggubao capsule. A course of6weeks, according to the examination of patients, truthfully record the patients condition, and respectively before treatment, after treatment for a week, after three weeks of treatment, the treatment group was two weeks after the symptoms and signs of score and total score of comparison and analysis, evaluate the curative effect, and use SPSS16.0to deal with statistics analysis.The research results:1、The treatment group and the control group before treatment factors and indexes (gender, age, bone mineral density in traditional Chinese medicine.) were observed no significant difference (P>0.05).2、In two groups of patients with traditional Chinese medicine, total score, VAS score at3weeks of treatment, treatment for1weeks, before treatment between the comparison showed no significant difference (P>0.05).3、6weeks after treatment in two groups of patients with general integral of TCM symptoms and treatment before and one week after treatment there was a significant difference (P<0.05), the treatment group patients Yaoxisuanruan symptoms compared with before treatment had significant difference(P<0.05)Conclusion:1、Kidney and Activating Blood Decoction and Xianlinggubao capsule can effectively improve the elderly osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture patients after PKP residual clinical symptoms and signs. 2、Tang Anquan, invigorating the kidney and promoting blood circulation, effective, cheap price, it is worth further study and clinical use.
