| Objective:1.To study the influence of Shen fu tang on Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) of patients with type2diabetic nephropathy with stage IV phlegm and blood stasis type;2.To summarize the clinical effects on type2diabetic nephropathy treated by Shen fu tang cooperating with Western medicine;3.To discuss the possible relationship between serum VEGF and urinary protein in patients with type2diabetic nephropathy.Methods:1.The diagnosis of60cases of type2diabetic patients with stage IV and TCM syndrome differentiation of phlegm and blood stasis type as the object of study, and the experimental comparison with the treatment the serum VEGF level of serum VEGF and the health of people;2.The diagnosis of60patients randomized principle of type2diabetic nephropathy stage IV and TCM syndrome differentiation of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome were divided into treatment group30cases and control group of30cases;3.The treatment group was given western medicine+kidney complex decoction,the control group was treated with western medicine therapy;4.Compare the pre-treatment and post-treatment serum VEGF,urine protein,blood lipid,liver function,renal function,blood routine examination and TCM syndrome score,Traditional Chinese medicine clinical syndrome points and other indexes of the two groups.Results:1.60cases of type2diabetic nephropathy stage IV phlegm and blood stasis syndrome before treatment, the serum level of VEGF was significantly higher than the healthy control group, the difference was very significant (P<0.01);2.Compared with group before and after treatment,serum VEGF levels in the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment,very significant difference(P<0.01),The two groups before and after treatment the difference between groups, the treatment group decreased serum VEGF effect is better than the control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.01);3.Compared with group before and after treatment,urinary protein in24hours and24hours urinary albumin levels were significantly lower after treatment in the two groups before and after treatment, there were significant differences(P<0.01),the two groups before and after treatment the difference between groups,the treatment group effect of reducing urinary protein was superior to the control group, the difference is significant(P<0.01);4.Compared with group before and after treatment,two groups of TG,TC,LDL levels were significantly decreased(P<0.01),the two groups before and after treatment the difference between groups,the treatment group in TG,TC,LDL effect was better than the control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.01);5.Compared with group before and after treatment, two groups of HbAlc, FPG,2PG, systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels are reduced, there is significant difference(P<0.01),there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment difference level(P>0.05);6.Comparison of the total clinical efficacy in patients with disease, TCM syndromes two groups, the treatment group were superior to the control group,both have differences(P<0.05);7.The two groups after treatment of TCM syndrome integral is obviously improved, the treatment group is better than control group,the difference between two groups was significant(P<0.01);8.Before treatment,60cases of patients with serum VEGF24h quantitative urinary protein, FPG,2PG, HbAlc are highly positive correlation, showed a slight positive correlation with TG, TC, LDL,Scr, and negatively correlated with HB, Ccr, pressure, diastolic blood pressure had no correlation with BUN, shrinkage.Conclusions:1.Type2diabetic nephropathy stage â…£ phlegm and blood serum levels in patients with VEGF syndrome significantly higher than those in healthy people;2.Shen fu tang can reduce the ype2diabetic nephropathy stage â…£ phlegm and blood stasis of serum vascular endothelial growth factor, urine protein and blood lipids;3.Shen fu tang can improve the type2diabetic nephropathy stage â…£ phlegm and blood stasis syndrome in patients with clinical symptoms;4.Type2diabetic nephropathy stage â…£ phlegm and blood stasis syndrome in patients with serum VEGF and urinary protein, blood sugar has a strong positive correlation, slight positive correlation with serum lipids, slight negative correlation with renal function;5.Shen fu tang is effective in treating type2diabetic nephropathy stage â…£ phlegm and blood stasis, phlegm and blood stasis in treating both phlegm and blood stasis syndromes deserves further study. |
