Rhodiola Wallichiana To Middle-aged Diabetic Nephropathy (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type) Clinical Intervention Study

With the development of social economy,the improvement of people's living standard,the highlight of aging problem and the multiple diabetes in China,more and more patients are living health and quality of life are greatly affected.Among them,diabetic nephropathy is one of the most common complications of diabetic microvascular complications,because of its insidious onset,the course is difficult,and many patients are in the middle and late stage,can not get timely treatment and prevention,only through symptomatic,improve symptoms and treatment related complications.Chinese medicine has a long history of treatment and recordation of the disease.in recent years,many scholars and experts have achieved certain curative effect and results in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy by traditional Chinese medicine or traditional Chinese medicine.This study aims to provide a new theoretical and therapeutic basis for diabetic nephropathy by observing the changes of the related experimental indexes of diabetic nephropathy(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)and the improvement of clinical symptoms.Purpose: By observing the changes of clinical symptoms score and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and heat shock protein 70(HSP70)in patients with diabetic nephropathy(qi deficiency and blood stasis)treated by Rhodiola wallichiana,the therapeutic mechanism of rhodiola check on diabetic nephropathy(dn)is discussed.Methods: The patients with diabetic nephropathy(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)were randomly divided into control group and treatment group in 30 cases,control group took routine western medicine treatment,treatment group was added with rhodiola rosea injection for 14 days.The changes of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms such as Weak,sallow complexion,edema,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),heat shock protein 70(HSP70),fasting plasma glucose,Hemoglobin A1 c,blood urea nitrogen,creatinine,serum uric acid and Urinary protein were analyzed to evaluate the therapeutic effect of experimental drug.Results: 1.before the test,the general situation of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),with clinical comparability;2.traditional Chinese medicine part:(1)the symptom score: two groups of Complexion,Weak and less gas,low back pain,edema,skin armour,limb numbness symptoms were improved significantly after treatment than before treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,the symptoms of Complexion,Weak,armour,waist,skin armour and limb numbness were better than the control group(P<0.05),but the effect was not obvious in the improvement of edema symptoms(P>0.05).(2)comparison of symptom score: the total score of symptoms decreased in the treatment group and control group after treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,the score of the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);(3)comparison of the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,and the treatment group was better than the control group after treatment(P<0.05);3.western medicine:(1)compared with clinical observation index: addition of rhodiola Matured plant treatment group can reduce the expression of VEGF and HSP70(P<0.05),compared with the control group,has statistical significance(P<0.05);(2)the effect of blood urea nitrogen and uric acid in treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).(3)the improvement of fasting plasma glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,creatinine,24-hour urinary protein in the treatment group compared with the control group,no significant(P>0.05).the effective rate was 83.3 %,compared with the control group,no significant(P>0.05).4.safety evaluation: the blood test before and after treatment(RBC,WBC,HGB,PLT),liver function(ALT,AST),stool routine + occult blood,ECG,there was no significant difference(P>0.05);In the observation period,all patients were adverse reactions.Conclusion: 1.Rhodiola wallichiana can improve the qi deficiency and blood stasis symptoms of diabetic nephropathy patients in traditional Chinese medicine;2.Rhodiola wallichiana can improve blood urea nitrogen,blood acid;3.Rhodiola wallichiana can affect the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and heat shock protein 70(HSP70)in patients with diabetic nephropathy,effect of antioxidant stress.
