Clinical Research On Deep Venous Thrombosis Of The Lower Limbs After Treatment Of Wounds By The Fu Yuan Huo Xue Tang And Little Urokinase

The obtained data were Carried on the analysis by using SPSS16.0statistical software, set P<0.05, having statistical significance.Results:1The patients of A, B, C three groups were detected biochemical indicators of plasma D-dimer, prothrombin time (PT), part of live blood coagulation time (APTT), plasma fibrinogen (FIB) after treatment of the3、7、14day。the results show that the A, B, C three groups of patients detection indexes was statistically significant (P<0.05) patients of group Cwith the detection index to improve the situation is better than that of A and B.2The pain VAS scores of patients of group C after treatment of the3,714day was compared with A、 B(P<0.05),having statistical significance.3. After treatment of3、7、14days, Three groups of patients limb swelling subsided situation display:Group C compared with group A and B (P <0.05), the difference was statistically significant.4. After the treatment of3、7、14days, Three groups of patients with Color doppler examination,the results showed that patients of group Aand group C recanalization efficiency were higher than group B,(P<0.05) after3days of treatment; after treatment of7、14days, patients of group C recanalization efficiency was higher than group A and group B (P<0.05).Conclusion:1、Patients with fractures of lower limb thrombosis is occurred mainly in two groups:a、elderly female patients, fracture types are mainly of intertrochanteric fractures, the mechanism of the injury is to hurt; b、the young and middle-aged male patients, fracture types are mainly femoral, the mechanism of injury is car accident, such as high energy injury.2、; the total incidence of blood clots with femoral fractures is8.71%before preoperative, the incidence of blood clots with femoral is9.25%, the incidence of blood clots with Femoral intertrochanteric fractures is9.40%, the incidence of blood clots with The femoral neck is5.50%;3、The effect of Urokinase is higher than fu yuan huo xue tang in early treatment of thrombosis,the effect of fu yuan huo xue tang is higher than Urokinase in later treatment of thrombosis.4、Fu yuan huo xue tang in combination with small dose of urokinase have a good anticoagulant and thrombolysis effect in treatment of post-traumatic lower limb deep vein thrombosis, by improving blood high condensation condition, reduce blood viscosity to treatment of thrombosis.
