| Objective To discuss the effects of baduanjin exercise on vascular endothelium function in old patients with type1essential hypertension by observing the changes of blood pressure,the NO level and ET-1level after the training of baduanjin exercise for12weeks.Methods60patients of type1essential hypertension were recruited in this clinical trail according to the diagnosis and reception criterion.The60patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the randomized digital table,30patients were in the experimental group and the other30in the control group. Both groups received routine treatment and health education,while those patients in the experimental group receive baduanjin exercise training for12weeks,30minutes per day. During the trail,all the participants should follow the dietary standards of hypertension, and other exercises were forbidden.The NO level,ET-1level and blood pressure were monitored before and after baduanjin training.Results1.Blood pressureIt is reveal that both systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) smoothly declined after baduanjin exercise training in the intervention group,but the significant decrease was found in SBP after training for8weeks and12weeks(P<0.01), while the significant change was found in DBP after training for12weeks(P<0.01).Compared with control group,there was significant decrease in SBP after training for12weeks in the intervention group(P<0.01), while the significant difference was not found in DBP(P>0.05).As well as,the weekly SBP and DBP of both groups were drew into curve graphs,by which the amplitude of variations of intervention group were higher than control group could been found clearly.2.NO level There was significant increase in serum NO concentration after12weeks training in the intervention group (P<0.01),the serum NO concentration decreased after12weeks training in the control group,but the statistical difference was not found (P>0.05).Compared with control group,the significant increase in serum NO concentration was found after12weeks training in the intervention group(35.78±4.87μmol/L,32.96±4.49μmol/L,P<0.05).3.ET-1levelThere was significant decrease in plasma ET-1concentration after12weeks training in the intervention group (P<0.01),while the significantly decline on plasma ET-1concentration in control group was not found (P>0.05).Compared with control group,the significant decrease in plasma ET-1concentration was discovered after12weeks training in the intervention group (52.45±10.47pg/ml,59.09±9.97pg/ml, P<0.05).Conclusions Long term baduanjin exercise training could decreased the SDP and DBP, as well as increase the serum NO concentration and reduce the plasma ET-1concentration in old patients with type1hypertension. The results illustrate that the mechanism of baduanjin reduce blood pressure in relation to the improvement of vascular endothelial function. |
