Objective：This study by observing daylight saving taking kidney paste clinical intervention sub-health state overall efficiency, kidney Yin deficiency syndrome of kidney Yang deficiency syndrome and symptom classification quantification integral comparison, objective evaluation of winter taking kidney paste of sub-health state intervention effect of kidney Yin deficiency syndrome of kidney Yang deficiency syndrome, to winter cream prevention of sub-health state with clinical dataMethods:Will during the winter, and according to the published in2006of China association of Chinese medicine "sub-health TCM clinical guidelines"(ZYYYXH/T2-2006) diagnostic criteria for sub-health and Chinese medicine science and technology publishing house in2002, the Chinese traditional medicine new drug clinical researchguiding principles of kidney Yang deficiency syndrome of kidney Yin deficiency syndrome diagnostic standard, diagnosis of the healthstatus of87patients with kidney Yin deficiency syndrome of kidney Yang deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into kidney paste group (61cases) and blank control group (26cases). Kidney group paste to the kidney in paste in regular use daylight savingstarts a month,20ml each time,3times daily, observation timefor3months. According to the type of traditional Chinese medicine for kidney Yang deficiency syndrome, kidney Yin deficiency, respectively use kidney paste paste,2for1and kidney and instruct regularly life, diet, daily life. Does not deal with blank control group,told life, diet, daily life regularly. By observing two groups of patients with primary symptom curative effect comparison and differentsyndrome types of TCM curative effect comparison, evaluation ofkidney paste intervention effect.Result：1. Kidney paste1group and blank control group, the kidney in paste2group and blank control group2patients in terms of gender, age, there was no significant difference (P>0.05), comparable.2. Comparison between groups before intervention: two groupsof TCM symptoms, the total integral there was no significant difference (P>0.05), comparable.Compare between groups after intervention, two groups of Chinese medicine symptom integral, kidney paste1between group and blank control group1was very significant difference (P <0.01),kidney group and blank control paste2differences between the2groups (P <0.05), the composite can explain kidney paste group is better than the blank control group.Intervention before and after the intervention, two groups of Chinese medicine symptom integral comparison in the group, blankcontrol group1the differences before and after intervention (P <0.05), and blank control2group no significant difference before a nd after the intervention, kidney paste group there were very significant difference before and after intervention (P <0.01). Indicatesthat kidney paste group after intervention than before the intervention, blank control1group after intervention than before the intervention, ck2no difference before and after intervention.3. The kidney paste group the total effective rate was82.76%,1blank control1group the total effective rate was25.00%, compared two groups total effective rate have significant difference (P<0.05). Kidney paste2group the total effective rate was75.00%,blank control2group the total effective rate was21.43%, compared two groups total effective rate have significant difference (P <0.05). Comprehensive can indicate kidney paste group total effectiveness is better than the blank control group.Conclusion：Kidney paste is to intervene in the sub-health state of kidneyYang deficiency syndrome of kidney Yin deficiency syndrome. Winter taking kidney paste provides intervention in sub-health status,safe, effective and convenient way, worth clinical promotion.
