Objective:The aim is to investigate the feasibility and the treatment effect of uterine adenomyosis exision under hysteroscopy in alleviating dysmenorrhea and relieving the menorrhagia in women with localized adenomyoma.Methods:All12women patients without Fertility requirements, between30and50years old, with a mean age42years old who were diagnosed localized adenomyoma in Qilu Hospital of Shandong University, which was a continuous collection in the Department of gynaecology from Jan2011to Jan2013, were given an operation of uterine adenomyoma exision under hysteroscopy by B ultrasonic monitoring and then accepted a follow-up study in1,3,6,12,24months observing the treatment effect of the operation. The evaluation indicators include the visual analogue scale (VAS) of dysmenorrheal, the change of Menstrual blood loss. Through a comparative analysis of the indicators with the preoperative index in the cases, we can obtain a curative effect evaluation. Results:There was a statistically significant difference after the surgery from preoperation regarding the pain relief in dysmenorrheal, but not in menstrual bleeding,at1,3,6,12,24months respectively;but comparing with the preoperative B ultrasonic examination results, there is a83.3%of Uterus shrink. The cumulative patients’ satisfaction rate in the study group was33.3%(4/12).Conclusion:Uterine adenomyoma exision under hysteroscopy is effective in relieving symptoms of dysmenorrhea for those patients who were diagnosed with localized adenomyoma, but not for menstrual bleeding. Whether it’s effect or not,we need further clinical study.
