ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of head point-through-pointtherapy depression of liver-qi stagnation syndrome combined withordinary acupuncture, and explore its mechanism of action.MethodsClinical observation on90cases of depression of liver-qistagnation syndrome were selected, using random control groupthree,30cases give head point-through-point acupuncturetreatment combined with ordinary (standardized acupuncturegroup),30patients given ordinary acupuncture treatment (controlgroup1),30cases were given the drug (control group2). Usinginternational general Hamilton depressive scale (HAMD) andself-rating depression scale (SDS), in the evaluation of the qualityof life, choose SF36quality of life scale three scale, for eachpatients around before treatment and after treatment of nervous andmental status were assessed, observe the overall effect of the twogroups patients.60Patients were divided randomly into2groups,30of them were.ResultHead point-through-point acupuncture combined with thegeneral depression of liver-qi stagnation syndrome in patients withpsychiatric symptoms and physical symptoms, recovery of insight,ability to adapt to the reality of life whether have improvedsignificantly. Compared the curative effect, the total effective ratein treatment group was93.33%, significantly higher than that ofthe control group76.67%(P<0.05).Conclusion1head point-through-point therapy depression of liver-qistagnation syndrome combined with common acupuncture 2head Point-through-point Acupuncture on patients with thegeneral depression of liver-qi stagnation syndrome symptom scoreimprovement, the treatment group than the control group.3this treatment acupoints scientific, exact curative effect, highcure rate, improve the quality of life of patients, has goodprospects for clinical application.
