The Clinical Research Of The Curative Effects On Zhi Ke Yang Yin In Capsule Treating TG、HDL-C Of Patients With Both Qi And Yin Deficiency Type Of T2Dm

[Objective] Through clinical research to observe the cliniceffect of Zhikeyangyin Capsule treating TG HDL-C of diabeticwhich is bothQi and Yin deficiency type of T2DM. Provide evidencefor traditional Chinese medicine curing T2DM complicated withhyperlipemia and lay the foundation of TCM treatingmacro-vascular complications.[Methods] Based on comprehensive summary of the ancientand modern experts recognition for T2DM,60diabetic patientswith hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into two groups. Basedon the Diet and exercise therapy,both of treatment group andcontrol group were given conventional therapy, which decreased theblood-glucose and balance the dyslipidemia. The control groupwere given conventional therapy and the treatment group were givenboth Zhikeyangyin Capsule and conventional therapy, respectivelyfor3month. We observe different index change including theclinical symptoms and signs in3month.And we measured theBody mass index (BMI) Triglyceride (TG) Low DensityLipoprotein CAholesterol (LDL-C) High Density LipoproteinCAholesterol (HDL-C) glycolated hemoglobin (HbA1c) fastingblood-glucose (FPG) blood-glucose2hours after meal (2hPG).[Result] Based on the effect of the syndrome of traditionalChinese medicine, the treatment group is more efficient than thecontrol group in total sides (90.00%vs60.00%.This is aremarkable statistical difference between two groups.And therewere statistics differences between the two groups(P0.05).Compared the before with the after treatment in two groups, FPG 2hPG TC TG LDL-C HbA1C and BMI obviously decreased, andthe HDL-C level obviously increased (P0.05,P0.01). Therewere statistics differences between the two groups after treatment onHbA1c FPG2hPG TG and HDL-C (P0.05). There was noobvious side effects being observed.[Conclusions] Under the guidance of traditional Chinesemedicine theory,and with the treatment rule of YiQiYangYin andenhance supplement to the spleen and kidney, Zhikeyangyin Capsulecan treat T2DM with hyperlipidemia patients in both qi and yindeficiency type.Studies have shown that conventional medicinecombined with Zhikeyangyin Capsule were more effective thanwestern medicine alone. Zhikeyangyin Capsule can effectivelyimprove the clinical symptoms and signs, decrease bloodglucose,HbA1C and BMI,and correct dyslipidemia.It is so safe andeffective, that it has a wide future in clinical,and be worthy to dofurther study.
