The Effective Component Dissolution Rule Of Citris Sarcodactylis Fructus,Amomi Fructus And Other Qi Regulating Herbs Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective To study dissolved content of the effective components of5kinds qi regulating herbs including Citris sarcodactylis fructus, Amomi fructus, Amomi fructus rotundus, Aucklandiae radix and Magnolia officinalis flos with decocting time variation to determine optimum decoction time and the essentiality of added behind.Methods The samples were extracted from the decoction at different decoction time by using the traditional decoction method.Hesperidin,camphor,eucalyptol, costunolide and magnolol were taken as index component. The high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and gas chromatography (GC) were used to study the dynamic change rules of dissolved content of correlative effective components in the decoction with different decoction time at the different decocting methods of single decoction and combined decoction.Results When Citris sarcodactylis fructus was decocted to16min, the total amount of hesperidin reached to the relatively high value, The total amount didn’t increase but remained stable as continuing decocting; While the decoction time of Aucklandiae radix arrived to15-25min, the total amount of costunolide in the decoction reached relatively high value.With increasing decoction time, the total amount decreased unceasingly and lost more than50%at the condition of decoction time exceeding50min;The total amount of magnolol in the decoction reached relatively high value when Magnolia officinalis flos was decocted20-30min.With increasing the decoction time, the total amount decreased unceasingly and reduced by38%at50min; When the decoction time of Amomi fructus gone to3-6min,the total amount of camphor in the decoction reached relatively high value. The total amount lost more than45%at the condition of decoction time exceeding1Omin; Amomi fructus rotundus needed a short time boiling. The decoction time was best not more than2min. If more than5min, it would led to the loss of eucalyptol more than50%.Conclusions The long decoction time of these5kinds qi regulating herbs including Citris sarcodactylis fructus, Amomi fructus, Amomi fructus rotundus, Aucklandiae radix, Magnolia officinalis flos is inadvisable. Amomi fructus and Amomi fructus rotundus need added behind,and Citris sarcodactylis fructus, Aucklandiae radix and Magnolia officinalis flos don’t need added behind;The methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the correlative effective components of Citris sarcodactylis fructus, Amomi fructus, Amomi fructus rotundus, Aucklandiae radix, Magnolia officinalis flos and their compounds are accurate,and can be used for effectively controlling quality of correlative decoction.
