Bu Shen Zhuang Jin Decoction In Treatment Of Osteoarthritis Of The Knee (Liver Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome) Clinical Observation

Objective:Observation on bu shen zhuang jin decoction in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee (liver kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome) clinical and explores its efficacy and safety.Methods:60patients with osteoarthritis of the knee were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, each group of the30patients. Treatment group for bus hen zhuang jin decoction orally, the control group to Gu kang capsule orally, both groups are in a four-week observation. By treating both groups before and after the primary and secondary symptoms and signs, and comparative analysis of the total scores, identify their clinical effects.Results:1) Two groups of patients after treatment, Lysholm total scores which are markedly elevated before treatment, both groups have a significant difference before and after treatment (P<0.01); Clinical evaluation of Lysholm,76.7%total effective rate for the control group, treatment group total effective rate of90%, the rank sum test, two groups have a significant difference (P<0.05).2) Two groups of patients after treatment and symptom score in the overall assessment of TCM syndrome compared with before treatment have decreased, the statistical analysis were statistically significant (P<0.05); The TCM syndromes efficacy assessment,76.7%total effective rate for the control group, treatment group total effective rate of90%, the rank sum test, two groups have a significant difference (P<0.05). The studies have shown treatment groups more effective than control groups. During the observation period, the patient medication safety, and there is no side effects and adverse reactions.Conclusion:Bu shen zhuang jin decoction in treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee (liver and kidney deficiency, blood stasis syndrome) effect significantly, effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of osteoarthritis of the knee, and drug safety, are effective prescription for treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee, and worthy to clinical outreach.
