Your Clinical Evaluation Of Yi Shen Juan Bi Decoction In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis (Liver And Kidney Deficiency Type)

Objective: Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yi Shen Juan Bi Decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(liver and kidney deficiency type),so as to provide the basis for the treatment of this disease.Methods: A total of 80 patients with knee osteoarthritis(liver and kidney deficient deficiency type)who met the inclusion criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine at the rheumatology department of Henan Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2020 to December 2020 were collected and divided into 2 groups using the random number table method,40 patients each in the treatment group and the control group were treated with Yi Shen Juan Bi Decoction +thioglycosamine capsule as the treatment regimen,while the control group was treated with glucosamine sulfate capsule alone Protocol,the treatment cycles were all 6 weeks,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated by collated and analyzed the results of VAS scores,TCM syndrome scores,and WOMAC scores before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:(1)Before treatment,there was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease,imaging grade between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.(2)Before and after treatment,the VAS score,TCM syndrome score,WOMAC total score,joint pain,stiffness and activity of the two groups were decreased,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the VAS score,TCM syndrome score,WOMAC total score,joint pain score,stiffness score and joint activity of the two groups were compared The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(4)There were 3 cases in the treatment group and 4 cases in the control group.No adverse reactions or other abnormalities were found during the whole trial.Conclusions: Yi Shen Juan Bi decoction can reduce the pain of patients with knee osteoarthritis(liver and kidney deficiency type),improve the TCM syndrome,improve the knee joint activity,and improve the quality of life of patients;and no obvious adverse reactions and other abnormalities were found in this study,with good safety,which has great clinical promotion value.
