Clinical Observation On Therapeutic Effect Of Massage In Treating Infantile Post Infection Cough (Heat-phlegm Accumulated In The Lung)

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of infantile post infection cough (Heat-phlegm accumulated in the lung) cured by infantile massage,with period for the clinical treatment of infant post infection cough to provide a more effective safer treatment.Methods:The 72 cases of infantile post infection cough with syndrome of Heat-phlegm accumulated in the lung that all met the criteria were randomly divided into treat(infantile massage) group and control(Xiao’er Xiaoji Zhike Oral Liquid) group.Treatment group:treated by massage infantile special acupoints (tonifying spleen、clear lung and liver、complying with eight diagrams、kneading Zhangxiaohengwen、clearing Tian heshui、kneading Tiantu、pushing Danzhong、kneading Zhongwan and Fenglong、kneading Feishu and parting-pushing scapula、 rubbing ribs、chiropractic);control group:took medicine of Xiao’er Xiaoji Zhike Oral Liquid.Cough、expectoration、appetite and shit were selected as observation program,formulated symptomatic score of prior treatment、under treatment(end of the third time) and the latest treatment.Then the contrast was carried on by observing clinical total curative effect and the change of symptomatic score of each team.Results:1.Clinical total curative effect:the total effective rate of treatment group was much higher than control group (P<0.05),massage therapy was obviously superior to Xiao’er Xiaoji Zhike Oral Liquid.Change of the symptomatic score of prior treatment、under treatment and the latest treatment:treatment group and control group both acquired curative effect in treating children for post infection cough (Heat-phlegm accumulated in the lung) (P<0.05),however the clinical effect of treatment group was significantly higher than control group (P<0.05),and the former had quicker effect.Treatment group and control group both acquired curative effect in improving the symptoms of cough、expectoration and so on (P<0.05),treatment group was was superior to control group (P<0.05)Conclusion:Massage therapy for treatment of infantile post infection cough (Heat-phlegm accumulated in the lung) can significantly improve the cough、expectoration and other muti-symptom and quickly acquire effect,which was superior to Xiao’er Xiaoji Zhike Oral Liquid.
