Based on the empirical methods of Corpus Linguistics, the thesisattempts to answer the following questions. The first one is about thedefinition of multiple-attributive, and the number of its categories. Thesecond one is about it’s ingredients and their distribution in the attributivepositions. The third question is whether there is a preferred sequence inmultiple-attributive,which is a typical and commonly used form of thestructure. The last one is about the rules of using “de” in Multiple-attributive Phrases.Taking some corpus in BDTB as the research object and drawinglessons from Computer Linguistics, the thesis adopts quantitativeresearch method to describe the corpus, records it as a sequence, builds amathematic statistics model, which is used to count the number andcategories of sequences and then makes an explanation.According to the study, the thesis makes a new definition ofmultiple-attributive and distinguish it from complex single-attributive. Itgets rid of some wrong classifications which don’t match the syntax ruleand language phenomenon. It’s very important to make a right distinguishof research object before the formal study, because it’s a principle inscientific research work, but not a individual Preference. The thesis makes clear the grammatical items in multiple-attributivePhrases,as well as the rules of using “de”in it. Based on the results, the thesis points out that the results could be used in teaching Chinese asa foreign language.
