As one of the more importantpersonal relationships, the relation of affinity district and colleagues is the link of thecentral ruling group of ancient Chinese authoritarian society to maintain their internalinterpersonal of variety military and political institutions and the lubricant oforganizations at all levels to ensure operation in accordance with the will of the supremeruler. Therefore, it studied the composition of the bureaucracy in the Tang Dynasty inthe special interpersonal relationship of the relation of affinity district and colleagueshave great significance.Tang dynasty is an important turning point in the history of China’s political systemwhich played a decisive role in the improvement and specification of the bureaucraticsystem of our country’s bureaucratic system.
