Research On The Chinese Film Enterprise Funds Flow Management Under View Of The Industrialization

The National12th Five-Year Plan:"to promote cultural industries have become thepillar industry of the national economy". Film as an important part of the culturalindustries play an important role in promoting prosperity and development of culturalundertakings to enhance the soft power of the national culture. According to figuresreleased by the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television, the national movie boxoffice receipts in2011reached13.115billion yuan, annual feature films productionreached558, becoming the world’s third-largest film market in the United States andJapan. Chinese film in terms of capital flow management, funding poor and blindinvestment coexist in a single mode of film earnings and other issues.This paper is from the perspective of the film industry, combined with the theory ofcapital flow management, the proposed view of the industrialization of the Chinese filmenterprise cash flow model. This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapterpresented the background and significance of this study also pointed out that the researchmethods, content and research framework of the paper. The second chapter relatedconcepts defined, and then focus on the research status reviewed, in-depth analysis of thereview of the film fund management. The third chapter starts by describing the birth offilm and film companies and industrial development, evolution, and then summarizes thehistory of Chinese film fund management practice, to build the foundation of capital flowmodel in view of the industrialization of the Chinese film companies. The fourth chapterearlier development of the industry and film fund management evolution is built based onthe industrialization of the Chinese film enterprise funds flow management model. Actualcase studies and date at the same time, the use of flow, flow, flow rate for analytical toolsto analyze the distribution of corporate funds on the Chinese film industry, summed up thegeneral law of distribution of funds flow of the Chinese film companies. The fifth chapterreference to the status quo of the American film enterprise funds flow management,compared to Chinese current cash flow of the film business in general law, the Chinesefilm companies capital flow management proposals put forward to improve the industrialchain. The sixth chapter concludes this paper studies the defects and shortcomings,theoretical innovation and guidance through this discussion, film enterprise funds flowmanagement, and contribute to the continued development of the film industry.
