Human resources are the decisive factor for the construction and operation of all industrial management systems, especially for the movie industry. When the Chinese movie making has become industrialized under the government's positive support and has taken much system reform, we could see it's so difficult to find talents that support this industrial management system. When the market system and industrial structure have been generally constructed, there is no effective industrial management system to perform the industrial strategy, so the movie industrialization is still by large a concept.Through demonstration, the thesis puts forward the ideas to construct the cultivation system for movie industrialization talents.
