| After the founding of The people′s Republic of China, in order to meet therapid and development needs of China，formulate the strategy that supportindustrial development at the expense of the agricultural , implemented a series ofagricultural policies in rural areas had a significant impact on changes in ruralsocial life. The Southwest area of Shandong province as a typical agricultural area,changes in rural social life in common of the National Rural.The Southwest regionas a case study is based on the situations of social life, sort out and analyze theearly days of rural social life changes from the micro level.The Southwest region of Shandong province endemic style and characteristicsof the social and historical conditions determines the rural social life ,made thesocial life in rural areas of this region has a unique form of expression, and theimportant reason for the social life changes. The political power gradually downafter the founding of New China ,policy factors changes had a tremendous impacton rural social life, made the social life in rural areas away from the traditionaldevelopment track, showing consistent with the policy changes on the surface .The other hand, the influence of traditional factors in the deep-rooted in the rural,farmer′s conservative thought and the repeated policies caused the rural social lifeinconsistencies and even contrary to the police in a certain period of time.After the completion of land reform, rural social life in the Southwest area ofShandong province is gradually showing spontaneously to the development trendof the policy constraint. With the launching of the co-operative movement, thefarmers gradually from individual to collective, family life has undergone asignificant change as well as the social life in rural. As the farmers traditionalideological influence and their own limited level of awareness and not adapted tothe collective labor and collective life, showing disapproval of the policies, leadingto tension between the grassroots cadres and farmers, reduced farmers’ enthusiasmin production and rural social productivity levels. The implementation of the policy of grain purchase and sale in Southwest made farmers and grassroots cadresnervous, due to the constantly deviation implementation of this policy, therelationship between cadres and gradually deterioration of farmers to beincreasingly dissatisfied and take the "soft-confrontational" approach to contendwith the policy. The influence of "left" thinking, the people’s commune were set up,the public cafeteria were opened, and the social life of the farmers’ collectivizationgradually increase the degree of change. Form of collectivization the gradualdeepening of the rural social life duplicity manifestations are intertwined with theexclusion of some farmers to collectivization.
