The Estalishment Of Modern Enterprise System In The Process Of State-owned Art Troupes Into Enterprises

This article focuses on the establishment of modern enterprise system in the process of state-owned art troupes into enterprises. As a reference to the modern enterprise system, this paper analysis how the main state-owned art troupes to establish a modern enterprise system, and also analysis the reformation process of Beijing Children’s Art Theatre in detail. In this paper the main body is divided into three parts. The first part discusses the reasons, goals, history and the status of the reform of the state-owned art troupes and its current situation, also makes a macroscopic analysis to the reform of state-owned art troupes. The second part provides an overview of the modern enterprise system and discusses how to establish a modern enterprise system in the process of state-owned art troupes into enterprises. The third part combines the contents of the modern enterprise system and analysis in detail about the reform of Beijing Children’s Art Theatre into enterprises, explores its reasons of the success and experience of the reform.
