Teenagers undergoing the education-through-labor program are a special group. Studies have shown that this group has more psychological problems than their peers. These problems have affected the education-through-labor administrative agencies’ reeducation to this group. At present, there are few effective methods of psychological interventions to the special group. Therefore, it is urgent to discuss targeted methods of psychological correction.Purpose:To explore and try to establish a concise and practical mode of psychological correction which can promote a mature personality and is fit for this group on the basis of traditional psychological drama.Methods:During the process of research, the main methods put into use are documentary research method, interview method, questionnaire method, psychological measurement method, subjective report method, statistical analysis method and action research method, etc.Results:Constructing the correction mode of psychological drama.1. Choosing and determining the theme. Concluding the common motives and the subjective and objective factors leading to juvenile crimes by using documentary research and one-on-one interviews to these teenagers.2. Warming up3. Setting up virtual scene. Setting up a general and positive performance scene to prevent the group having the psychological reactance to perform their crime.4. Discussing. Making these teenagers discuss, deliberate and rehearse the solving problem.5. Performing6. Sharing7. Concluding. According to the treatment, the psychologists make a conclusion to these teenagers to strengthen their proper understanding of the cognition; setting up the evaluation model of "four dimensions and one line". From the perspectives of the time, content, speaker, technology and method, evaluating the effects of the mode of psychological correction by considering interpersonal trust, self-esteem, coping style, ect.. Making T test between the experimental group and the control group, we can find that the results of these two groups have significant difference.Conclusion:The improved correction mode of psychological drama can be one of the effective treatments to make the psychological correction for the teenagers undergoing the education-through-labor program.
