Through the study of the laws of the accident, it can be seen that the vastmajority of accidents are related to human factors. Therefore, the study ofhuman psychological behaviors could motivate safety psychology,and safetybehavior, it is an important role for preventing the safety accidents.Only to strengthen the research on the psychology of safety could fundamentallysolve the problems encountered in the production safety. This article studies andanalyzes the electric power system safety production from the perspective of theemployees’ psychology and the behavior, and through the assessment of safetypsychological status of electric enterprise employee, it is hoped to realize theevaluation and assessment of employee safety production risk management situation.At the same time, it makes the effective countermeasures to provide scientific andreasonable decision-making basis for enterprise’s safety production management. It isof great significance to prevent the electric power industry from accident and toguarantee the safety production of electric power industry.In this study, the safety psychological assessment techniques of electricemployees are based on safety behavior science and psychology theory. Combinedwith the provisions of the psychological factors in the “GB/T13861-2009thedangerous and harmful factors classification and code in the production process ", theemployee safety psychological assessment system is designed for two classes, socialpsychology and individual psychology. It includes eight indexes: mental state, senseof safety confidence, optimistic, willpower, personality types, psychologicalendurance, temperament type, characteristic tendencies etc. Then, based on the designprocedures of assessment scale, it develops eight classes of safety psychologicalassessment scales,13sets in all. According to the test results, it makes correspondingindividual control measures and enterprise management intervention measures.Finally, a safety psychological evaluation system of employee is developed inthis paper in two-stage random sampling. It is applied to Chongqing Electric PowerCompany for empirical research which carries out the employee safety psychologicalquality assessment in relevant departments, units in the workshop, the team of eightsub companies belonging to the company. The test results are analyzed statistically onevaluation indexes and post traits, and measures and Suggestions to the electriccompany staff overall safety psychological construction are put forward, including three categories,11measures in total: the company integrated countermeasures andsuggestions, department management countermeasures and suggestions, individualemployees countermeasures and suggestions. It is hoped that the research couldprovide guidance and basis to improve the effectiveness of electric industry staff jobredeployment, behavior management, safety education and training, safetypsychological quality improvement work.
