The Types Of Crimes Of Psychological Correction People In The Community And The Construction Of Corresponding Psychological Counseling Models

Community psychological correction,an important part of community correction,has been paid more attention to in recent years,whether it is in response to national policy,or the daily needs of the actual work,the specific,actionable and normative community psychological correction has been urgent with the support of psychological theory,methods and technology,which combined corrections,sociology and law.This study mainly adopted the method of literature,interview,questionnaires,cases and consultation to analyze and study 146 cases of rectification in the Chenggong District Judicial Bureau in Kunming,and summarized the four main types of crime,respectively: 60 cases of traffic crime which are mainly caused by dangerous driving crime and traffic accident crime;32 cases of violent crimes which are mainly based on the crime of committing trouble and intentional assault;30 cases of theft and robbery;24 cases of corruption and bribery.I summed up the five kinds of psychological behavior patterns,respectivelyly:the pattens of traffic crime are that "they believed that they were innocent or sent too heavy,did not want to accept correction,against or get through correction"and "loss,guilt and self-blame,a few accompanied by despair ";The patten of violence is that“the crimes recognized their crime,took responsibility initiatively,but the character dictated,questioned the corrective effect";The patten of property violations is that"The crimes admited mistakes initiatively,cooperated with correction,but with the high rate of recidivism ";The patten of bribery is that "They admitted actively with a great drop,in addtion,they had poor interpersonal relationships and questioned counselors".According to the primary goal of the community correction,which is to prevent recidivism,I proposed for comprehensive counseling programs on the basis of the above five kinds of psychological behavior models,as well as combined with the goals and characteristics of the general psychological counseling.They are respectively: traffic crime is to change the concept of self-innocence,clear chances of their own influence,learn the right life which are as the goal of cognitive behavior programs and to change the crime of self-blame,guilt cognition,eliminate bad mood,which are as the goal of cognitive behavioral therapy programs;For the crime of violence,I adjusted their conceptions,for example,they crimed inadvertently,claimed they were sentenced injustice,and the idea of being not loyal to friends,as well as corrected impulsive behaviors,improved relationship with family and friends,in the end I proposed for the cognitive behavior and family therapy integrated programs;Infringement of property,which is to understand the recurrence of the cost,clear that they can not change because they do not want to change,the benefits of the disease,so as to stimulate self-growth for the purpose of the visitors as a central treatment,combined with family therapy and cognitive behavior of the comprehensive programs;Duty crime's goal is to adjust the psychological gap,evaluate themselves objectively,improve interpersonalrelationships,that is the people-centered programs.On the basis of the above five different solutions extracted for general rectification personnel psychological consultation mode,and the emotional scale before and after the test,the results showed significantly reduced...
