Due to the reasons of self-theory and practice, and special international political environment, the Korea Communist Party has divided itself into two sorts of faction:the Shanghai Group and Irkutsk Group, since its establishing. These two groups are largely identical but with minor differences in political thought and party platform. The development and struggle between the two groups result in the disintegration of the Korea Communist Party, but have an important impact on the Korean communist movement and play a significant role in the Communist International movement. This paper discusses the establishing background of the two groups, and by comparing the different political thought and party platform of the two groups, as well as the chain reaction as a result of the struggle between the two groups, analysis the influence of the Communist Party of Korea on Communist movement, which makes us more in-depth understand the early Korean communist movement in the development history, and understand the influence of the Communist Party of Korea on Communist movement further.In that case it can evaluate the historical achievements of the Communist Party of Korea objectively, at the same time people have the deepen understanding of the International Communist movement.This article is composed of three parts of the introduction, body and conclusion.The preamble states the purpose and significance of this study, a brief summary of the situation of academia, researches on early Korean communist movement, and introduce the main research method.The text of this paper is divided into five parts:The first chapter briefly introduces the origin background at home and abroad of the Communist movement, and also tells about the establishment and the development of the two factions of Korea Communist Party.The second chapter gives us an overview of the two factions of Korea Communist Party about the process of the establishment and activities, and a detailed statement of the difference of the two factions about the Revolution and policy. The third chapter mainly discusses the Communist Party of Korea factional events, including the Soviet Union aid event, founding conference events of the two factions of Korea Communist Party,the Alexeyevsk Incident and so on.Chapter IV describes the two factions of Korea Communist Party temporary joint can not be achieved, eventually led to the forced dissolution by the Comintern.The fifth chapter discusses the historical role of Korea Communist Party, analyzes the reasons of factional struggles of Korea Communist Party and elaborates the influence of the Korea Communist Party in the history.The conclusion part of this article evaluates objectively the historical role of the factional struggles of the Communist Party in Korea from both positive and negative aspects.
