Values are durable and stable beliefs which are deeply hided in the individual and affect the individual on judging right and wrong and his behavior. Because of the characteristics of stability and durability, people will not change much on judging right and wrong and his behavior within a specific period of time. The values performed in the work are the work values.This dissertation aims to study the relationship between work values and turnover intention, a total of 400 enterprise staffs from Beijing, Zhengzhou, Shangqiu, Ningbo were selected and assessed with the Scale of Work Values, Overall Job Satisfaction Scale, Emotional Commitment Scale and Turnover Intention Scale. The conclusions are as follows:Firstly, job satisfaction plays a partially mediating role between work values and turnover intention;Secondly, emotional commitment plays an entirely mediating role between work values and turnover intention;Thirdly, job satisfaction and emotional commitment play an entirely chain mediating role between work values and turnover intention, the specific path is: work values- job satisfaction- emotional commitment- turnover intention;Fourthly, in the process of work values influence turnover intention, the intermediary effect of emotional commitment is larger than the intermediary effect of job satisfaction.
