Research purpose With the rapid development of society, the students’ mental healthmore and more worrying. The psychological problems of students has become increasinglyprominent, mental health education for students is getting widespread attention by thecommunity. Some schools have already adopted the creation of mental health education classesto improve students’ mental health quality. However, in recent years the practice ofpsychological education classes in schools to carry out very uneven, there are many problems.How to optimize the students’ psychological health education classes, and explore teachingmethods suitable for the development of Mental Health, is an important issue at this stage we arefaced with. Group counseling mental health teaching methods to the experimental study ofjunior high school students, aims to explore and construct an easy to operate, can effectivelyimprove the level of Mental Health group counseling mental health teaching model, injection ofnew mental health education for high school students ways and means. Research methodThis paper selected QuFu City High School’s seventh grade, two classes for the study, at thesame time the experimental group pre-test, the experimental group during the complete pre-testcounseling after the group started teaching style mental health, the control group, as usual,without any intervention. After teaching immediately while the two classes of measuring thelevel of mental health for students, as measured after the experiment data. After statisticalmeasurement data, and compared with the pre-test data analysis. Research results Dataanalysis showed that the experimental group in the overall mental health improved to a certainextent after the test. Mental health in all dimensions except interpersonal sensitivity andemotional tension and imbalance in the two dimensions were significantly different, the otherdimensions were not significant, but the experimental group in addition to depression andpost-test scores improved in all dimensions of the remaining outside scores were decreased in thecontrol group in a hostile, depression, heart imbalance has increased scores on three dimensions,the remaining dimensions are decreased. |
