Chinese traditional culture is broad and profound, the tea culture is one of the most important part of it. However, it is not. Begin with the tea is a country drink, tea began to export, has won world acclaim. Nowadays, everywhere around the world have Chinese tea footprint, the world no matter where, tea or tea with Chinese there are similarities, most similar country is Japan. Although the Japanese tea ceremony is well known in the world, but it is also originated from china. In the period of Ming and Qing Dynasties, China tea develops very quickly, the world tea market has great influence in Huizhou, and it also created and produced the history of tea, to the rapid development of local economy and cultural exchanges frequent brought positive influence.China is a country with a time-honored civilization and a land of ceremony and decorum. Whenever guests visit, it is necessary to make and serve tea to them. Tea is China’s personal guests of the elegant entertainment and social activities. Snacks, sweets and other dishes may be served at tea time to complement the fragrance of the tea and to allay one’s hunger. In Huizhou, so it is.In this paper, the research is about at Huizhou area of tea cultivation, production, picking, drinking customs such as preliminary investigation, and it is under the background with the rapid development of tea during Ming and Qing Dynasties. Huizhou is the tea production area, and people’s life is inseparable from the tea."People can’t live a day without tea" in Ming Dynasty.
