Kierkegaard’s individual existence philosophy comes out at a very important time when Western Philosophy is undergoing a significant historical transformation that changes from Rencent Western Philosophy to Contemporary Western Philosophy. So it not only bears the characteristics of Contemporary Western Philosophy such as individuality, irrationality and a feature turning back to actual life, but also to an extent reserves the speculative characteristic of traditional Metaphysics. The essay is aimed to make certain of the occurance, development and tendency of Kierkegaard’individual existence philosophy, mainly from the logical relations inside of the philosophy as well as the relationships with Hegel and Contemporary Western Philosophy. On this basis, we reach the goal of having a new and depth understanding to individual existence philosophy. The whole essay is divided into five chapters and three parts. Chapterl can be viewed as Part I of the article, basically introducing the logic premise of Kierkegaard’individual existence philosophy, that is Hegel’overall philosophy. The chapter takes Kierkegaard’representative work "either\or " as an example, mainly coming to view how Kierkegaard inherits and absorbs the Hegel’philosophical thinking, and pointing out that Kierkegaard’individual existence philosophy is exactly built step by step on the basis of Hegel’philosophy. The second, third and fourth chapter of the article can be seen as the second part of the essay, which,as the centre of gravity of the text, emphasizes the three characteristics of Kierkegaard’individual existence philosophy that are individuality, concept-rization and religious belief. And there are logical relationships between the three characteristics. On the basis of criticizing Hegel’ overall philosophy, Kierkegaard founds his individual existence philosophy to resist Hegelian overall philosophy. As individual existence philosophy excessively emphasize the role of individual, ignoring the reality, it cuts off the individual relationships with the external world, and finally moves towards idealthat individual lives by ideal and only gets in touch with himself. Since individual is limited, and the spirit of human requires the individual to continue to surpass themselves,so individual eventurely have to turn to the God.Chapter5is Part III of the full text. Since Kierkegaard’individual existence philosophy ultimately abandons the actual life, turnning to religious belief and trying to be saved in Religious belief,it exposes the weakness and limitation of Kierkegaard’individual existence philosophy. It goes to a blind alley in the end. With regard to how to step off this blind alley, according to individual existence philosophy’logic trend, the author thinks that we ought to return to real life to look for the answer to the question in it.
