A Research About Ryunosuke Imaginative Writing Fiction Of The Women And Their Value

Ryunosuke Akutagawa (1892-1927) is a representative writer of new thought trend in Japanese Taisho period, he is known as "the Japanese Merimee and Guy de Maupassant" for skilled novel and strange idea.Ryunosuke discerns the deep dark of the human nature and exposes it in the works. But he presents much light on the description of the woman in his novel, many of those who have lifelike and different personalities across the space of the history from the ancient to the present cover over all the social class from the princess and beauties to the prostitute and maid. In this article I will use feminist ideas and narrative criticism methods in the gender position to re-examine the female images in Ryunosuke’s novel and reveal the gender discourse right hidden in his novel narrative and interpret the unique value of women image.This paper is divided into three parts which is the introduction, the body conclusions. The Introduction briefly presents Ryunosuke’s present situation of the study in Japan and expounds the significance of the innovation about this paper. The second part briefly introduces the feminist literary and then explains research method.The body is divided into two chapters. In the first chapter the female characters in the Ryunosuke’s novels will be divided into angel, temptress and struggle three categories using the feminism theory,combining with specific environment in the era.Paper analysis every kind of female images and the reason behind the image.The first quarter of the second chapter analysis the "angel" and "temptress" image which break the traditional mode on the specific literature environment,these image get a certain independent voice beyond the imaginative writing of the male writers.The second quarter discusses the cultural value of the female Christian with Christian women view in the novel, he have always Christianity salvation of truth unremitting seek to create unique save female Christian image and unsaved female Christian image with women consciousness hidden in the Christian on the pursuit of equality, independent and the right times that he calls to.
