Linguistic expression is always colorful. Semantics between two different languagesare frequently found, both among dual lingual and multilingual, as well as betweenChinese and Vietnamese languages.âShangâ, a simple locality word of Chinese, functionsas the indicator for an aspect or range, would also get the Vietnamese and Chinese learnersconfused as it is definitely the semantic between the two languages. This research paper ismainly study about the nature and the characteristics of X, argument on the semantics ofâShangâ and the distribution of âX shangâ. According to the conditions of the preposition,which must be appeared and flexibly omitted to expound the feature of âX shangâ,âshangâis meant to classify X at the most accurate word extent in variety ways of Chineselanguage translations. This research paper introduced a questionaire survey for Chineselearners to explore the hypothesis and made analysis about language error which wouldcontribute to the further teaching revelations.In Vietnamese language, the locality word âshangâ can be translated into trĂȘn (on),trong (in), v/v m t (about),, t i (at), theo (in line with), khi (when) and other words ofexpression. Moreover,âshangâ sometimes does not need to be translated as it ismeaningless in Vietnamese word ordering. In language using and translating process,especially from Vietnamese to Chinese, Vietnamese donât use âshangâ for expression, butrather use âinâ to indicate the scope, and use âaspectâ to indicate aspect. Moreover,Vietnamese learners frequently make mistakes by pay lack attention to âshangâ when âXshangâ is appeared in the complement position. |
