Design management is westerren in origin,as a management tool of industrialdesign, it has been used widely by developed countries.The present designmanagement of Chinese enterprises is not perfect, the basic reason is thatindustrial level and degree of enterprise development is not enough. Chineseenterprises encountered cutthroat competition in domestic and internationalcompetitions on the first stage of development,disconnected pullulation becomesan obstacle for their development.The most material difficuties Chineseenterprises encountered when they introduce design management includeinsufficient awareness of the core competition the the company, missingcompany culture, outdated technology, brain drain and so on. But it is inspiringto see both the country and the companies are more and more concerned aboutthe transation toward the economy of independent intillectual property at thesame time to improve the shortage of domestic enterprises,design becomes a newbreakthrough for industrialisation, builiding up the design management suitablefor domestic enterprises has become a new subject.With the history development process of marketeconomy,we found thatdeveloped countries have their own enterprise management pattern based ontheir own culture.So the same way,with own market economydevelop,gradually our enterprises recognized the significance of nativecultural aboutenterprise development.while,leaen the advanced design management knowledgeis a good way for improve management conditions,but it is not the best way.The point of this essay is building design management in Chinese way,through the content research of design management and business management,and combine with strong point of Japanese enterprise and some success cases ofcompanies, we found it is necessary for local business to be leaded by alocalization management idea and measure.Chinese management philosophy C isthe radical of management in Chinese way and also is the major about manageWestern management through Chinese culture and ideology. In the second part of essay, after the management learning and understanding,we attempt to impress iton the design management, it will help to lead the concrete practice inmanagement in Chinese way, it also will build a view that keep the man ascentral element, focus the concern on the human, and combine the rationalityspecialization of Western design management, that different from the Westernutilitarianism design management. We expect that the philosophy C will be thecompete advantage of business developing in the future, and it also call attentionto the national enterprise to build compete situation, seek the long termdevelopment, that can commit the business sustainable development, and makethe Chinese company live in the competence world really.
