The Research On Management And Operation Model Of Chinese Orchestra

As an important manifestation of the rapid development of Chinese comprehensive national strength,the improvement of cultural soft power,especially in the area of national music,has been highly concerned and valued by all sectors of society.The Chinese traditional orchestra,as one of the most attractive forms in the cultural industry,although its number is large,most of them have not found a perfect and suitable management and operation mode,which is in an awkward situation.Therefore,the author selected two representative Chinese traditional orchestras at home and abroad,the China National Traditional Orchestra and the Singapore Chinese Orchestra,as the case studies,and interviewed more than ten key members,including the head of the orchestra,the chief executive,the conductor and the main administrative personnel.Through field research,in-depth interviews,case studies,literature surveys,etc.,the National Orchestra was studied.The management and operation mode of the delegation is studied in depth.This thesis first expounds the general situation of the development and recent status of the Chinese traditional orchestra(team)and project management;then combines the first-hand research data to deeply analyze the two models of "project system" and "season system" under different systems and backgrounds,hoping to provide more orchestras with reference experience;the last chapter will introduce the models and characteristics of "project system" and "season system".This paper summarizes the management and operation of the orchestra from the angles of creation,management,execution,market and audience cultivation,combining the theory of project management and integrated management with the actual situation of the Chinese traditional orchestra,and puts forward the author's thoughts and ideas on the management and operation of the Chinese traditional orchestra.On this basis,the author writes about the theoretical study and practical experience of the three-year postgraduate period.I hope I can contribute to the management of the Chinese traditional orchestra and the development of the national music cause.
