With the development of Internet technology,the platform has become a business model that many companies and parks compete to adopt.The paper takes Nanjing Animation Park as the research object,explores its enterprise boundary,platform openness and business model,and plans its positioning,function and support system structure based on this.After analyzing the platform enterprise boundary and platform openness,Nanjing Animation Park chose to implement an integration strategy,integrate the industrial chain,build a pan-entertainment ecosystem,break through the platform industry framework,build a competitive system based on cloud computing and intellectual property protection,and strengthen information transparent and form a cross-network effect.Using grounded theory,based on the Luoyang Animation Industry Park,it analyzes the design elements of the business model of the animation industry.The analysis shows that the four basic elements of basic management,personnel education and training,full industry chain collaboration,and big data cloud platform are the basis for the efficient operation of the animation industry park.This provides a case study and sample reference for the business model design of Nanjing Animation Park.The paper portrays Nanjing Animation Park as the key element of platform operation,analyzes the theoretical basis of its boundary selection and openness design,and the key elements of the business model design.Based on the case analysis of Luoyang Animation Industrial Park,it provides a sample reference for the business model of Nanjing Animation Industry Park.Finally,this paper designs the functional positioning and platform security system of Nanjing Animation Park.The above provides a strategic plan for the operation of Nanjing Animation Park.
