Solve the above problem, the government should resolute Iy withdraw, transfer, and part of the system does not have the conditions of the sp onsoring hospital system, have the right conditions for the sponsoring hospital, the Department should increase capital investment to be supportive. Higher animation in stitutions themselves should correct teaching thing, consciously reduced enrollment q uota, established to develop animation scriptwriter, director, the original painting de sign creating personnel to the principle of setting up a number of subsidiary develo pment of secondary animation for training animation, accented with technical person nel and other primary form animation education ladder; understand the establishme nt of an animation, producers have experienced faculty; Animation importance of t eaching theories, and strengthen the application of animation software and hand-pa inted; with animation production unit linked to the expansion of animation practice; Strengthening domestic and international institutions and academic exchanges. Only by doing so can we deal with society right animation talent urgent demand for a re-emergence of the Chinese animation in the world animation stand.
