Industrialization of the television media promotes the competition among the media. In theattention economy, this competition is actually for the resources of audience attention. It is not onlyassociated with television media contents but also the brand image of the media. Television media importedthe concept of enterprise CIS (Corporate Identity System) into the media business and developed theconcept of TIS (Television Identity System), the systematic establishment and development of brandimages in television. TV media packaging is the originality and creation of a visual identity system. It is theinterpretation and dissemination of the internal meaning in television brand concepts. Internationalstatements of television media packaging include ‘Broadcast Design for TV Show’ and ‘Broadcast MotionGraphic Design’, which means the design of broadcast television motion graphics. This provides a newperspective to interpret the television media packaging. Since the60s of last century, motion graphicdesigners have collaborated with the industry of movie and television. A number of influential artists andexcellent motion graphic works have been developed, including a large number of movie or television titles.Continuous advancing of science and technology provides strong technical support to the development ofmotion graphic design. It has been widely applied in the screen media to distribute information.TV mediapackaging is one type of motion graphic design. Focusing on excellent works of television mediapackaging at the national and international levels, we should split their individual elements of motiongraphics and interpret their specific performances and applications from the perspectives of color, shape,depth and displacement, and sound; and unfold the individual components of a brand visual identificationsystem to analyze its structure system, including the TV channel ID, videos, titles, layout of audienceguides, layout of screen text, corner labels, transitions, studio design, and host images. We thus learn thatall of the polymerization are from "small" pieces. Successful television media packaging should penetratethe dissemination and interpretation of media brands in all details of its originality and creation.Only iftelevision media packaging adheres to the principle of considering everything from and for the brand, it canreally input a strong and sustainable vitality to media brands, which is an effective means of televisionmedia to derive maximum benefit and the real significance of television media packaging.
