Pushed by the double strengths of modern digital technology and networktechnology development as well as people’s aesthetic and mental demands, peoplehave entered from multi-media era to new media era and to current Omnimedia era.During the process, people can find that media form has entered the period of fullpenetration from original gradual integration period. Open and interactivetransmission mode has broken the closure and monopolization in traditionalbroadcasting and TV field. No matter judging from international situation or domesticdevelopment, traditional media (including TV and newspapers) and new media(including internet and telephone) have obvious tendency of accelerative integration.Conducted by the government, integration of three networks is gradually integratingand developing rapidly from top to bottom. Omnimedia, which is a media revolutionbased on various media integration, is coming.In the time of Omnimedia, audiences have higher requirements on timeliness,contents and qualities of TV programs. Accordingly, the forms of TV programs aremore plentiful. At the same time, timeliness of programs has been strengthened. Theinformation amount of program content is larger and finally the businesses containedin the program are more comprehensive. Omnimedia interactive studio fully embodiesthe integration of three networks from information collection to information issue andit supports all kinds of intelligent terminals. It is a kind of rising studio form, derivedfrom new media revolution of traditional broadcasting and TV. It is also theconcentrated representation of television station in constructing production andbroadcasting platform supporting various media and full businesses.Principle and application means of traditional TV graphic packaging should alsoundertake correspondent renovation to fit Omnimedia interactive studio system. Atpresent, domestic television media and related enterprises are positively exploring thefield of Omnimedia interactive studio graphic packaging. Rapid development andcontinuous maturity of technology provide more plentiful realization methods andvaster creative space to graphic packaging. In this circumstance, it can be said thattechnology is not the obstacle of graphic packaging artistic creation. However, in theaspects of creativity and visual design, the overall Chinese strength of graphicpackaging still has certain gap between some counties with comparatively developed TV media industrial such as Europe and the United States.In the new era, how to plan the production process of graphic packaging? How tocarry out integrated design of graphic packaging according to different program forms?How to integrate and apply various kinds of new media technologies? Combined withinternship experience in related enterprises and analysis on domestic and internationalgraphic packaging design of Omnimedia interactive studio, the dissertation tries tofind and sort out necessary principle of graphic packaging design in interactive studioat the period of Omnimedia, and hopes to give certain reference value to the design ofgraphic packaging solutions in current Omnimedia interactive studio. At the end ofthe dissertation, the author will take the practical example of CCBN2014Omnimediainteractive studio section design in CDV stand as entity carrying to establish the ideaof television brand. Aiming at achieving plentiful and precise informationtransmission and brand identification, the dissertation adopts the thought of“integration” and integrates various kinds of new media technology to innovate studiodesign method and process.
