Study On Cultivating The Foreign Inter-disciplinary Talents Of Foreign Language Universities Under The Inland Local Development

Foreign inter-disciplinary talents involve in foreign events are always the keyto the foreign development in inland. It also decides the quality and speed of inlanddevelopment. Although the cultivating of foreign inter-disciplinary talents in foreignevents has made great progress in recent years, the effect of it is still underachievebecause of the factors such as international soft power, local soft environment, fundspolicy as well as the disturbance of outside factors and inside factors including sourceof school enrolment, the quality of teachers, management, the culture of campus andso on. So how to fulfill the multicultural teaching mode, set up a whole set ofcurriculum system and change the out of date attitude about the cultivating of foreigninter-disciplinary talents is the transformation of promoting the cultivating of inlandforeign inter-disciplinary talents and the promise of the development of inland localdevelopment with the development of itself.This paper starts from the present condition in inland area and then objectivelyanalyses the condition with the perspective of city soft power, soft environment, localgovernment and the support of public in foreign inter-disciplinary talents, the purposeis to know better of the inland development direction. On the other hand, it is toinvestigate the advantages and disadvantages of foreign inter-disciplinary talentsinvolving foreign events through the analyses of it. At last, on the basis of needs ofinland local developments and foreign language institutes developments to explain theinform of teaching model and the setting up of curriculum system in the process ofcultivating of foreign inter-disciplinary talents so as to find out the way to thecultivating of foreign inter-disciplinary in inland local areas.The development of inland local areas is an important task in the process of themulticultural development. The inland foreign language institutes talents decides thesuccess of inland area development, it’s effective to it. Based on this, the author hopes to do something helpful to the cultivating of inland local foreign inter-disciplinarytalents in foreign language institutes.
