The philosophy of technology entered its prosperous time in the20th century. As one of the member of the trend of Thought of technology criticism, JeanBaudrillard Studies the development of the technology and its negative effects on thesociety and human being from the perspective of the Philosophy of Technology. Hebelieve that the nature of Technology is simulacra, that is to say that technologyimilates the functionality of human beings. Combining the historical facts of the threetechnology revolutions in western society, he divides the simulacra into diachronictrois orders: contrefacon、production、simulation. The trois orders of simulacracorrespond to invention of steam engine in the first technology revolution, and theinvention of electromotor in the second technology revolution(at the stage, machinebegins its automatization development) and the artificial intelligence and clone in thethird technology revolution. The character of the Information Technology Age is theclosely connection and mutual penetration of different fields of science, whichprovides the theoretical and factual basis for his Implosion Theory. Meanwhile, JeanBaudrillard studied the effect of technology on the non-technical fields. As an openchannel of participating the political life of the nation, mass media loses the functionof the public domain, and the biomedical technology reverts human to functionalobject.
